Steve grew up on a 250 acre farm in Kentucky. From dawn to dusk (and then some), hard work was the order of the day. Steve’s parents instilled in him the discipline, diligence, and work ethic that would prepare him for his business profession.
One of Steve’s most important farm lessons was the principle of asset diversification*. “We raised a lot of different crops and a variety of livestock. Therefore, all our eggs were not in the same basket. Some markets were up while others were down. It helped to balance things out. At a young age, I began to understand about business and investing, and it has been a guiding principle that I use each and every day for our clients.”
After moving to Tulsa to attend college, Steve graduated from Oral Roberts University and started his professional career. He has worked as an accountant, gained valuable client service experience in retail/wholesale sales and management positions for both small and large companies, and has served both as a vice-president and president for construction and remodeling firms. Since 1992, he has focused on providing the best financial services for his clients. It is the profession that he truly loves.
Business and personal versatility has been the key to Steve’s success in helping clients. His experience ranging from sales and service to the crunching of numbers and business management, has provided a well-rounded experience and knowledge in personal and business planning needs. With a reputation for excellence, diligence, integrity, and resourcefulness, Steve loves to find the right solutions for our clients.
He has provided financial services for prestigious academic systems such as OSU, TU, Tulsa Technology Center; professional service organizations such as EMSA and Family Medical Care; and the public schools of Tulsa, Union, Jenks, Bartlesville, among others.
Steve completed masters level courses at the College of Financial Planning in preparation for earning the Certified Financial PlannerTM designation. He has taught continuing education classes for CPAs, and is an active member of the Tulsa Chapter of the Financial Planning Association.
As the Chief Financial Officer for Seasons, Steve selects, implements and monitors the Seasons of Life Portfolios for our clients.
From a faith-based perspective, Steve is a member of Kingdom Advisors and a Certified Kingdom Advisor®, has served in numerous church leadership positions, including elder, and is a trained Life Purpose Coach through the ministry of Your One Degree.
Steve co-founded and served for many years on the board of NOAH, a local not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization. He also served on the board for Augustine Christian Academy in Tulsa, OK. He spent many years volunteering his time as basketball coach for local youth. His teams have won local and national championships as a result of superior teamwork, but he is most proud of his players’ sportsmanship and growth in positive character qualities.
Steve married his lovely wife, Melissa, in 1978. They have 5 children and 7 grandchildren (so far). His personal interests include playing music (guitar, drums, etc.), photography, travel, and home remodeling projects. Steve and Melissa designed and built their home on a six-acre property south of Tulsa. His wife particularly loves the “extreme makeover” kitchen & master suite.

Stan has been striving to provide his clients with sound and objective financial advice for nearly two decades. He is committed to ensuring that only proven professionals manage his clients' assets in accordance with the client's stated goals and objectives.
Stan is fourth generation Oklahoma native and was raised in Tulsa and raised his three children in the Tulsa area. He is proud to call Tulsa home. He is an alumnus of Oklahoma State University. Stan remains active in the community serving on a number of charitable boards.
Other than being involved in the lives of his children, Stan’s other interest include running, snow skiing and hiking with his dogs, Kiley and Rex, and anyone else who will go with him.
Prior to becoming an investment professional, Stan worked as a consultant to many of the largest oil and gas companies in the world. He traveled extensively and worked with clients in over thirty countries around the globe. Desiring to travel less and see his kids grow, Stan joined the financial services industry in 1993.
In an industry where advisors come and go every day, Stan solidified his commitment to his clients and his chosen profession by moving his business to become independent of the big Wall Street firms in January of 2000. The move has been jointly beneficial for both Stan and his clients as he is able to offer an expanded slate of products and services to help meet clients’ needs while managing his business in a manner that is both morally and ethically sound.

Stan listens to each client, their goals and their dreams. He develops an investment plan uniquely designed for each client. Over the course of a year, the plan is monitored and modified as needed. Stan meets with his clients periodically to review performance and any changes to their stated goals and objectives. It is imperative the client understand their investment plan.
Through his professional experience and continued commitment to expanding his knowledge of what can be a very dynamic industry, Stan strives to be proactive in addressing situations that arise both within the economy and the lives of his clients. He has established professional relationships with several attorneys, CPAs and insurance agencies in the area who can become “part of the team” if a situation warrants.

Client Relations Manager
Nancie was recruited by Stan in September of 2004 as the Customer Service Manager. Stan felt like she was a good fit because of her ability to put people at ease with her personable nature and can-do attitude.
Prior to coming to Seasons, Nancie worked in the oil industry as a division order analyst with the now infamous Enron. Nancie has also worked in personal beauty industry as a national make-up artist working with world-class industry giants like Estee Lauder and Neostrata.
In 2008, Nancie moved to Salt Lake City with her husband, Keith, in his pursuit of an employment opportunity with Sherwin Williams. The move reunited Nancie with her identical twin, Francie (Yes, there are two of them!). Due to her work experience with Seasons, she was able to find immediate employment in the financial services industry with Edward Jones.
Utah was a life changing experience for both Nancie and Keith; camping, hiking and simply loving the great outdoors. She continued in her education of the financial services industry and was with Edward Jones until her move back to Tulsa.
In the spring of 2011, Nancie contacted us that they were moving back to Tulsa. Coming back was also an opportunity to reunite with their girls Courtney, Candice and Renee who stayed in Tulsa to continue their education.
Well as you obviously know, Nancie is back as part of the Seasons Solution Team filling the role of the Client Relations Manager. Nancie has known many of you for years and looks forward to meeting those she has yet to meet.
